Privacy Policy
DEEPINTELL ("we", "us") operates deepintell.app. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or join the launch list, why we collect it, where it lives, and how to have it removed. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
Launch list. When you hold a spot, we store the email address you enter, the optional fleet-size or role chip you select, the time of signup, the page you signed up from, your IP address, the country derived from it, and your browser's user-agent string. IP and user-agent are kept to detect abuse and duplicate signups.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records page views and aggregate visitor counts using a hashed, non-reversible visitor identifier that is discarded within 24 hours. It does not track you across other sites and stores no personal data.
Sample quote terminal. Lanes you pick and your free-quote counter are held only in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tags.
2. Why we collect it
- To email you when the product launches and to honour founder pricing for early signups.
- To understand which parts of the site people use, in aggregate.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the signup form.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Where it lives and who processes it
The site and launch list are hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States). Launch-list records are stored in private object storage that is not publicly readable. If we enable signup notifications, the notification email is delivered by Resend (United States). Both act as processors on our instructions.
If you are in Canada, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the same applies; the site is intended for North American carriers.
4. How long we keep it
Launch-list records are kept until the launch list closes and invitations have gone out, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever is first. Aggregate analytics carry no personal data and are kept indefinitely.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@deepintell.app from the address you signed up with and we will act within 30 days. Every launch email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Canadian residents: our handling of your information is guided by PIPEDA, and you may contact us with any complaint before escalating to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
6. Children
The site is for commercial motor carriers and dispatch businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is used, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, email launch-list members before the change takes effect.
