Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of deepintell.app, including the sample quote terminal and the launch list. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What DEEPINTELL is, and is not
DEEPINTELL provides rate intelligence software. We are not a freight broker, freight forwarder, load board, dispatcher, or carrier. We never arrange transportation of property for compensation, we never broker loads, and we never take a position in any shipment. Nothing on the site is an offer to move freight or to find freight for you. Any load you book, and any rate you accept, is a decision and contract between you and your counterparty.
2. Sample data on this site
The quote terminal and rate ticker on the site are labeled SAMPLE DATA. The figures are illustrative, generated to demonstrate the product workflow, and are not current market rates, forecasts, or advice. Do not price, bid, or negotiate a real load using them.
3. No guarantee of rates or outcomes
When the product launches, rate ranges, fuel surcharge estimates, backhaul probabilities, and any other output are estimates derived from third-party and subscriber-reported data. Freight markets move by the hour. We do not guarantee that any number is accurate, current, complete, or achievable, and we are not responsible for the rate you agree to, the load you accept or decline, or any loss that follows. Use your own judgement and your own information.
4. Launch list and founder pricing
Joining the launch list reserves nothing except a place in line for an invitation. It is not a subscription, a purchase, or a contract for service. Founder pricing shown on the site ("$99/mo locked forever" and similar) is a plan offer for the first 100 subscribers who complete a paid subscription at launch; it is subject to the subscription terms presented at that time and may be withdrawn before launch. Plan names, prices, and features on the site are plan figures and may change before launch.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its data.
- Do not submit false, automated, or third-party email addresses to the launch list.
- Do not attempt to bypass the free-quote limit, probe the site's endpoints, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not present DEEPINTELL output as your own rate data or resell it without a written partner agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The DEEPINTELL name, wordmark, site design, copy, imagery, and rate engine are owned by DEEPINTELL or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.
7. Third-party links
The site links to sources such as ATRI and ATA for cited statistics. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEPINTELL and its owners, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost loads, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
